Cook linguine to al dente. Sauté bacon, scallions, and garlic in 1 Tbs. butter. Add remaining butter and melt. Stir into cooked linguine, mixing well. Add Parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly. Serve with optional cheese sauce.
Cheese sauce: follow directions on Wondra flour container.
