Carrot Cake

(from Marcia Jeary Belois - our Babysitter)

Mix everything together and pour into an ungreased cake pan. Bake at 350°F for one hour.

Icing:

Mix everything together, using a little milk to provide spreading consistency.

When the cake has cooled sufficiently, spread the icing on top and sides of the cake.
