Mix cream cheese, chutney, mustard, and curry powder. Chill 4 hours. Halve pineapple, keeping leaves intact. Hollow out and reserve chunks for another dish. When ready to serve, fill pineapple with cheese chutney mixture and top with almonds. Serve with plain crackers.
Grandma called this her "chutnut" recipe.
