Pour a little vegetable oil in a skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Put a slice or two of bologna in the skillet. Make small cuts in the bologna from the outside toward the inside in four or five spots, so the bologna will stay flat in the pan instead of curling up on itself. When the bologna is a little browned and crisp, it’s done. Put it in a sandwich, or eat it with fried eggs like Dad did. (Dad’s breakfast dish.)
