Overnight Cookies

(from Grandma Rosalie Gugel)

2 egg whites
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375°F. Beat egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla and sugar. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread on to an ungreased baking sheet. Put in oven and turn off immediately. Leave overnight in oven.
