Heat over to 350°F. Spread walnuts in a shallow pan and toast, stirring occasionally until they are golden browned (8 to 10 minutes). Blend cheeses, stir in garlic powder. Chill until firm. Shape into a ball or a roll. Roll in toasted walnuts. Chill. Serve with a sprig of parsley for garnish. Spread on crackers.
