Grandma Rosalie's
Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie

• 1 quart vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
• 1/2 cup peanut butter (chunky is preferable)
• 1 graham cracker pie crust

Put ice cream in a large bowl to soften while you whip the cream. Fold peanut butter into the ice cream. Add whipped cream. Stir until smooth. Fill a graham cracker crust and freeze at least an hour.

Ellen's Shortcut:

• 1 quart vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup peanut butter (chunky)
• 1 graham cracker pie crust

Put ice cream in a large bowl and leave out to soften a few minutes. Stir the peanut butter into the ice cream. Stir until smooth and uniform. Fill a graham cracker crust and freeze at least an hour.

Great summertime recipe.
