Vi Thompson's Christmas Pecans
- 20 oz. pecans
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
Fold sugar into the egg whites. Fold in nuts. Melt margarine on a baking sheet. Spread nuts on the baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool and break apart.
