Pizza Meat Loaf

2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 cup milk
1 can pizza sauce
4 oz. mozzarella, shredded

Mix everything, except the pizza sauce and mozzarella, together. Pour into a large baking pan (or several loaf pans) and bake for one hour at 350°F. Pour off the fat and top with pizza sauce, spread evenly. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
